Getting started

Basic Kit 2
Build a device that measures temperature, humidity, light and acceleration and sends data over BLE. Try both AVR and STM32 MCU leaves, with support for coin cell operation.
Explore cellular communication
Section titled “Explore cellular communication”A development kit for environmental sensing and data communication over a cellular network. See the included leaves and accessories.
Communication leaves
Section titled “Communication leaves”Add communication to an MCU leaf. Check each leaf's documentation for required power supplies and network services.
AC08 LTE-M Mary
Combine with an MCU leaf to send and receive data over an LTE-M cellular network. Requires an AV06 power leaf, a compatible SIM and a mobile service contract.
AC07 LoRa Mary
Combine with an MCU leaf to exchange data with compatible devices over LoRa radio. Uses a Murata Type ABZ module.
Power and connections
Section titled “Power and connections”Supply power from batteries or USB, connect a computer, or measure current.
AV06 1.8V～5.5V
Supplies 3.3 V at up to 1 A from a 1.8–5.5 V battery connected through a PH connector. An MCU can read the battery voltage.
AX05B I Meas
Connect an external current meter in series with the power lines to measure current on the Leafony Bus V33 and VBUS lines.
AZ01C USB-C
Connect to a computer over USB Type-C for serial communication and 3.3 V power to leaves. Programming an AP01 requires a manual reset.
Extensions and accessories
Section titled “Extensions and accessories”Connect external circuits, adjust spacing, and assemble or secure leaves.
Nut Plate & Connector Cover
Nut Plates for securing leaves with screws, and covers that protect the anisotropic conductive rubber connectors from debris. Includes 10 of each.
Discontinued kits
Section titled “Discontinued kits”Kit contents and quickstarts remain available for existing owners. A kit's sales status is separate from the availability of its individual leaves.
Extension Kit
Add approach detection, sound input and output, and LCD text display to Basic Kit or ESP32 Wi-Fi Kit. An MCU leaf is not included.
ESP32 Wi-Fi Kit 2
Send touch sensor readings over Wi-Fi and view them on a smartphone or computer. You can also write programs to save data to a separately supplied microSD card.
Basic Kit
The original Basic Kit measures temperature, humidity, light and acceleration and sends data over BLE. Kit contents and guides remain available.
ESP32 Wi-Fi Kit
The original ESP32 Wi-Fi Kit supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE. Kit contents and guides remain available.
